The Fair Work Commission undertakes consultation and research with our clients, the public and various stakeholder groups.
We also have ongoing feedback channels to generate ideas and collect feedback to help us deliver the most accessible, fair and efficient services to the community.
The Commission is not currently seeking feedback on any drafts or initiatives.
To be notified of new consultation activities, subscribe to our Announcements service.
The Commission regularly seeks feedback from our clients to learn about their experiences as they navigate our processes.
We do this through ongoing survey activities for unfair dismissal and general protections (involving dismissal) cases and for the Cooperative Workplaces program. We also undertake engage consultants to undertake focused research activities that can involve surveys, focus group discussions and interviews with clients and other stakeholders.
