(3) Includes an amount of $.349 m for the Departmental Capital Budget. For accounting purposes this amount has been designated ‘contributions by owners’. (5) Appropriations Bill (No. 4) and Appropriations Act Bill (No. 2) relating to previous financial years. (6) Per the Statute Stocktake (Appropriations) Bill 2013 (Stocktake Bill 2013) all old annual Appropriation Acts from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2010 were repealed during the 2013-14 financial year. $9.146 m of unspent appropriations were repealed during the 2013–14 financial year for the Commission.
