The list of applications displays the matter number, name of the applicant, title of the agreement, industry, date the application was lodged, whether the application is to approve or vary an agreement, and the status of the application.
For applications not yet finalised, the agreement or variation can be accessed through the links below. These redacted documents are usually published within 3 working days of lodgment.
The status column provides information regarding the progress of the application as follows:
- Initial assessment: the Agreements team is reviewing the application and will perform an initial assessment for the Commission Member to consider
- Member consideration: a Commission Member is considering the application
You can search the list of applications by matter number, applicant, industry, application type and status using the fields provided (industry is based on the Commission's official List of industries). The table can also be sorted by clicking on the relevant column heading.
Once an application has been approved or refused it will no longer appear on the list below. To find an agreement that has been approved or varied, please go to document search for agreements.
