Victorian Health and Community Services (Psychiatric, Disability and Alcohol and Drug Services) Award 2003

An application has been made by the Health Services Union to make a modern award to replace two enterprise instruments - the Victorian Health and Community Services (Psychiatric, Disability and Alcohol and Drug Services) Award 2003 [AP823579] and the Victorian Health and Community Services (Psychiatric, Disability and Alcohol and Drug Services) Award 2003 [AT823579] under Schedule 6, Item 4 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009. There is a link to the application below.

This application is being dealt with under Part 2 of Schedule 6A to the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 – the State reference public sector transitional award modernisation process.
