Room allocations for cases are finalised on the afternoon prior to the hearing day. Details for some cases heard at the Commission are not published on our website. For those cases, the details will be published on the hearing screens at the relevant Commission registry on the day. Some cases heard at the Commission are held in private and members of the public are not permitted to attend.
Cases heard online are generally open to the public. If you wish to observe a case held by telephone or video (using Microsoft Teams), please contact the relevant chambers by 8.30am on the day of the hearing so that access can be arranged (if appropriate). Lodge an application page of our website. Please note, members of the public must be muted for the duration of the proceedings. Commission conferences are generally conducted in private.
