The following videos have been developed to explain how interest-based techniques can be used to help parties dealing with negotiations, problem solving or dispute resolution. They can be used to train people in the use of interest-based processes.
The Fair Work Commission has also created some videos to demonstrate how parties can better communicate and, as a result, help create a cooperative and productive workplace. These videos show examples of effective approaches to communication versus adversarial communication in a variety of situations.
