Mock hearings are ideal for practitioners and industrial officers, as well as students, new graduates, and anyone interested in workplace relations.
The mock hearings are presided over by Members of the Commission, with the merits of the mock cases argued by leading workplace relations practitioners.
After the hearing, observers are given the opportunity to raise questions and discuss issues with the participants.
Some of the mock hearings are recorded, and videos are available for viewing on our YouTube channel.
Further information is available on the Mock hearings page.
The lecture series features presentations on a range of workplace relations topics by local and international experts.
