Industrial dispute

The publication Industrial Dispute is a history of decisions of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and Fair Work Australia during that period, most handed down during the period of office of Justice Giudice, the 13th president of the national employment tribunal.
The decisions relate to award reform, increases in Australia’s national minimum wage system, and appeals. There is also a discussion of the role of employers, employer associations, employees, trade unions and community groups in relation to those decisions, as well as Justice Giudice’s essays and speeches, the history of the tribunal, and economic developments during the period.
